California BPA Warnings for Canned and Bottled Foods and Beverages 

California, finalizes the BPA regulations for canned and bottled foods and beverages.

This regulatory action for Exposures to Bisphenol A from Canned and Bottled Foods and Beverages maintains the language from the emergency regulation filed in April 2016, with some changes and additions.


The full ruling is available here. Essentially either (1) your products must have a warning on the label, or (2) you must notify each retailer for your product and they must post a warning.
